The agreement
These terms apply to Ticker, Discord application 1547367956118372432, and its connected Big If True features. Big If True is operated by HiLleywyn. Effective 30 September 2026. By using the application, you agree to these terms and the applicable Discord terms. If you do not agree, stop using the application; you can still use the request center to exercise privacy rights or raise a concern.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age in your country and be able to agree to these terms, with a parent or guardian where required. Server rules and feature-specific eligibility also apply. These terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
What you can use
Prices, charts and market context without twelve open tabs. Keep a private watchlist, set an alert, or ask what a move might mean.
- Crypto and stock quotes, charts and comparisons
- Market overviews, sentiment and briefings
- Private watchlists, portfolios and price alerts
- AI questions with current market tools
The member command guide explains the public entry points. Features depend on server configuration, your permissions, available providers and usage limits. Staff tools remain restricted. Installation does not entitle a member to access private channels, other people’s saved records or administration actions.
Make the case. Respect the people.
- Use the bot for lawful, authorized purposes and comply with Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines.
- No harassment, threats, hate targeting, sexual exploitation, doxxing or distribution of private information without authority. Do not use the service to stalk, impersonate or manipulate people.
- Do not submit malware, stolen credentials, deceptive phishing links or content you lack the right to share. Do not use prompts or tool requests to bypass channel boundaries, access controls, rate limits, restrictions or another person’s privacy choices.
- Do not scrape members or conversations, build advertising or sensitive-personality profiles from Discord data, sell that data or use it for unauthorized model training.
- Do not farm artificial activity, manufacture votes, spam commands, manipulate rewards, evade moderation with alternate accounts or interfere with another person’s use.
- Report concerns honestly. Good-faith mistakes and criticism are welcome; knowingly false allegations, retaliatory reports and repeated abusive submissions can be restricted.
Strong disagreement, jokes and changed opinions are welcome when they stay within these rules. Criticize an argument without targeting the person behind it.
Answers are tools for thinking
AI answers can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or misleading. A source link is useful evidence to inspect, not a guarantee that the answer accurately represents it. Bot personas and jokes do not create a professional relationship. Check important claims and original sources before relying on them.
Ticker’s prices, charts, portfolio displays and alerts are informational. They can be delayed or unavailable and are not personalized investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to transact, a brokerage service or an order-execution facility. No bot can guarantee a return or an alert arriving in time. Do not use it as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
Do not use a bot for emergency response or as the sole basis for decisions affecting someone’s rights, employment, credit, housing, health or safety. Request human review of a moderation concern. Automated flags or scores can be disputed.
Your content and its audience
You keep your rights in content you submit. You give the operator the limited permission needed to process, store, display and transmit it to provide the feature you requested, maintain the service and enforce these terms. This is not a sale of your content or a blanket license to train models. You must have the rights and authority needed to submit it.
A response posted in a Discord channel is visible to that channel’s audience. Public website comments and reactions are visible on the website. Private saves, private workspace records and private request-center submissions are not public posts. Forwarding, screenshots and provider copies can create records beyond our direct control. Do not treat a public bot interaction as a confidential conversation.
Generated content may resemble other output and may not be eligible for exclusive ownership. You remain responsible for your use and redistribution. News, images, charts, trademarks and linked material may have third-party rights; access through a bot does not give you unrestricted reuse rights.
Installation, authority and privacy
Install or configure a bot only for servers and resources you are authorized to manage. Enable features and grant permissions proportionate to the intended use. Explain enabled monitoring or moderation features to members. A server owner cannot use an installation to override Discord access boundaries or a person’s applicable privacy rights.
The intent inventory and complete permission inventory state what the current implementation receives and can do. The privacy policy covers data use, providers, retention and deletion. Optional settings affect future supported processing; necessary safety and accounting still operate.
Keep your Discord account secure. We never need your Discord password or account token. Revoke a session and tell us if you think access was compromised. Do not share a private request receipt unless you intend to give its holder access to the request.
Rewards, saved items and limits
Levels, puzzles, predictions, polls, giveaways, vote rewards and other community features follow the eligibility, deadline and outcome rules shown in their post or configuration. Entries may be checked for abuse. Scores and predictions are community records, not money, tradable property or a promise of payment. Any separately offered giveaway must state its actual prize and rules.
AI allowances and reset credits are service limits. One weekly allowance is shared across Big, Disco, Ticker and website AI, resetting each Monday at midnight in the configured Big If True timezone (America/Chicago by default). B!T+ and B!T Pro are monthly subscriptions with weekly AI allowances; current plan amounts are shown on the payment page. Tier changes do not clear usage, and subscription allowances do not stack. A Reset Credit restores the full current weekly allowance without deleting historical usage or provider costs; pending requests still count when settled. One earned Reset Credit may be redeemed per week. A perfect score in any of the three daily games earns at most one shared daily-game Reset Credit per week; completing additional games perfectly does not award more. Supporter weekly awards are separate, and unused reset credits stay banked. Unused weekly allowance does not roll over. Saved credits and reset-credit inventory remain separate and do not expire. Credits follow actual provider cost where reported, or a labeled estimate pending reconciliation. Reservations are temporary holds, not charges. Internal spending safeguards may pause abnormal requests for review. Only a clearly offered purchase flow can create a payment obligation; these terms alone do not subscribe you or authorize a charge. Any paid feature must disclose price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. We do not remove statutory refund or consumer rights.
Saved records, files, alerts and memories are subject to retention and deletion choices. Keep an independent copy of anything essential. We may impose reasonable rate, size and availability limits to keep the service usable.
Reports, review and appeals
Report a user, server, bot behavior or other misuse through the private request center. Include the relevant Discord IDs, message link and a concise account of what happened. Do not repost unnecessary sensitive material. General reports and feedback can be submitted without login using a private receipt; data access/deletion requests require ownership verification.
A reviewer may request details, preserve relevant evidence, limit a feature, remove bot-controlled content or restrict abusive access. The requester can follow the status and appeal through the same thread. A report does not automatically prove wrongdoing, and submitting it does not guarantee a specific punishment. Access to reports is restricted; investigating may require limited disclosure to the relevant moderators, Discord or lawful authorities.
For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. For Discord-wide abuse, also use Discord’s in-app reporting tools. The Big If True request center is not monitored as an emergency service.
Changes, suspension and ending use
The apps depend on Discord, hosting, data and AI providers. We aim to keep them useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, a fixed feature set or error-free output. We can repair, replace, limit or retire features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable and legally required.
We may restrict use for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, exhausted allowances or breaches of these terms. Urgent protective action may occur before notice. You may ask for the reason and human review unless disclosure would compromise safety or a lawful investigation. Removing a bot, ending a session or leaving a server does not automatically erase existing records; use the deletion process.
Responsibility and your rights
Use reasonable judgment when relying on automated information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability. We do not exclude liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer protections.
These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a class action, select an undisclosed governing jurisdiction or impose a blanket indemnity. A dispute can first be raised with the operator through the request center, without preventing you from using a court, regulator or remedy available under applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
Keep the terms within reach
Version 30 September 2026 updates subscriptions, weekly AI credits and shared Reset Credit reward/redemption rules. The original 15 September 2026 agreement introduced the bot-specific terms and private report, feedback and privacy workflows. Future material revisions will carry a new date and change note, with additional notice or agreement where required. The optional “Mark as read” control records only the version you marked; it does not waive rights or consent to optional data collection.
Questions or suggestions are welcome at the request center. The operator is Big If True, operated by HiLleywyn.
Try a real-life example
“Wait, what happens if…?”
I turn memory off, then ask a question.
The bot processes your new request and the context you explicitly supply. It stops supported optional personal-memory use. It still accounts for usage and may post the answer where you asked. Old posts and summaries need a separate deletion review.
I disagree with a bot or a moderation result.
Challenge the answer, inspect its sources, or request a human review. Disagreement is allowed. Threats, harassment and attempts to access someone else’s private records are not.
I submit an abuse report without signing in.
You receive a secret receipt. Keep it: it opens the private report and follow-up thread. Losing it can mean losing access. Reports are reviewed, not automatically published or sent to the subject.
I want all four bots to forget me.
Choose “All four bots” and “Delete my data” in the request center. Verify your Discord identity, specify the scope and follow the review. The final note should explain any retained essential records and external copies.
Your copy, your pace.
Keep this page, ask about a clause, or optionally record that you have read this version. Marking it as read does not change your privacy settings or waive any rights.
